RETURNS POLICY

At The Candy Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you decide to cancel an order, you have the right to do so before it is dispatched. It is your responsibility to inform us of the cancellation, and you will be held liable for the cancellation until we are notified. We will do our best to accommodate your request, and if successful, any payments made will be refunded to you. Please note that after dispatch the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable: perishable goods such as candy, chocolate, and other food items.
Please note that the images of our products are for illustrative purposes only, and the packaging or colour of the products you receive may vary from what is depicted. Our suppliers may change the packaging frequently or offer different variations, and the colours of the products may also vary slightly. We do not offer refunds for any discrepancies between the product images and the actual products received. However, you are welcome to return the items at your own cost for a refund on the products (minus shipping) in accordance with our returns policy. Please ensure that the products are in a saleable condition when returned.
Although we strive to deliver all of our goods in excellent condition, we understand that you may need to return some or all of your non-perishable items. We are happy to offer a refund or replacement for any returned items, however, you will be responsible for the cost of postage and packaging for such returns. Please note that you must send a photo of the product and its packaging to info@thecandyco.ng prior to sending the item back to us. We cannot provide a refund for items that are not in a saleable condition.
Please note that we cannot offer refunds for products that may have suffered slight damage during transit from the United States, but are still in their original packaging. This includes products such as chocolate bars that may have separated or have a piece missing, Pringles tubs with broken crisps, or cans with small dents. However, you may return any products that have arrived in this condition for a full refund, provided that they are in a saleable condition. You will be responsible for the cost of postage and packaging for any products returned in this way, and you must send a photo of the product and packaging to info@thecandyco.ng before sending the product to us. Please note that we will not refund any products that are not in a saleable condition.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights, and while we take responsibility for the quality of our goods, we cannot be held liable for any additional loss arising from or in connection with unsatisfactory products. This includes but is not limited to direct, indirect, and consequential damages.
Please note that gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or returned.
